I was only wanting to play!
R and T say it will teach me for sticking my nose in where it isn't wanted. I think that's a bit harsh, I mean surely everyone wants me, Albie, to stick my nose in their face??
You will be pleased to learn I have had some help with the cleaning this past week. In preparation for T's mum coming to stay.
R got a little carried away in my opinion. Even cleaning the tiles around the bath! I stared at her in horror. I mean, I really don't mind if they are dirty. I go to my litter tray in that bathroom and don't come out thinking the tiles should be cleaned. Why would The Visitor think any different?
But at least it has all meant less work for me, leaving me time to get some well earned rest:
I do not know why she gets annoyed at me when I hover around her feet - I'm helping to keep the place clean! So what if I trip her up in the process? It saves her from having to sweep the floor...
I got a fright the other morning!
There I was, having just jumped on the bed and in the process of licking R's face (she always makes a fuss when I do this, especially when she has just seen me give myself an all-over wash, but surely she'll soon learn it's done out of love?), anyway, we were having our usual morning battle of me wanting to lick her and she batting me away, when all of a sudden, there was movement on the other side of the bed!
I nearly jumped out of my fur!
Was it a monster...?!
No, it was T!
He's been going into work in the dark - and I don't get up for no-one in the dark - so I had almost forgotten that he shared our bed! I gave him a prize-winning Albie stare whilst I regained my composure...
Talking of bed, that reminds me, I haven't slept for a whole five hours!
Better go and rectify the situation...Bye for now!!
