Hiya!
It's been a great, exciting week here! Some friends are staying with us.
Albie's officially love friends coming to stay. 'Specially when they tell me how beautiful and amazing I am. I mean, it's true, but it is always nice to be told, isn't it?

There was a mad rush before they arrived as we all got the apartment ready for them.
I spread the dust R had swept into a nice pile, sat on the cushions once R had removed my hair from them, shed dark hair in the sinks T had wiped clean, and then insisted on climbing on everything when R and T moved it. The futon was suddenly very exciting when it was in a new place!
I supervised as R and T shoved boxes into the bottom of the wardrobe, trying to make them fit even though they didn't want to stay in there.
I helped so much, and being such a help was very tiring.

It's been warmer outside all week - at long last (and very overdue, let me tell you), R and T have listened to my pleas and put a stop to all that freezing malarky.
Albie's love plus temperatures!
It's not only outside which the warmth makes better - it makes things change inside too: we had a fly in the bathroom!
The first fly of the year!
I was mesmerized by it for a whole hour. R came into check I was OK, as it was near breakfast time and I wasn't under her feet reminding her it would soon be time for breakfast biscuits.

There has been great activity outside the window for me to watch when I'm feeling too tired to do anything more than sit. A variety of birds flitter across the sky, and the squirrels are busy running up and down, and up and along, and down again, in the branches of the trees.
But enough of that; back to the friends staying. It's so great! I have an adoring audience for all my tricks.
I love an audience!
But T doesn't seem to want to hang around the friends. I don't understand why, as they are lovely. I mean, they shower me with adoring affection - naturally - and never tell me off. What is not to like?!
But T has gone away. I knew it was bad when a suitcase appeared. To my relief, R didn't go too as T is working in a Merica. I'm not sure what work you do in a Merica. He's only been gone a couple of days and I do miss him. Besides, it would be nice to have another male around, y'know? Too many females in the house, even if they do totally love me...
Still, it's always good to have company - whether male or female - when watching the DVD player...
Friends rock!!
