I am so excited!!!
Today is the day our things are due to arrive into Sydney! Not only are they finally in the same country, but in the same city!! Now the waiting game is on to see how long it takes for them to go through customs... ***

We are also awaiting delivery of a bed, any day now. We have been sleeping on a single bed with a fold out one which fits underneath - ideal for the spare room as it takes up a single amount of space, but it can be a double or twin depending on the guests we have to stay. It was OK for the first three nights...three months however is a different story...
At least all has been quiet on the possum-in-the-roof front.
We are loving the lighter evenings, especially on those warmer, sunnier days:
My true green finger have come through - after 8 pea pods, the peas are now dying. And something ate the mint - literally overnight: one evening the mint was looking lovely and healthy, the next morning, there were two leaves left, clinging onto the bare stalks for dear life. Oh, and I think the spinach is going mouldy...
But we have tomato and pepper plants, which one day will produce fruits...maybe...
*** I wrote this, and then rang the removal company. The shipment with our belongings in it is not due to arrive into Sydney until 24th October, then it could be around three weeks in customs, and then another few days until it's finally delivered. So looking at around another month...
