Pop up shops. Had seen them but never gone in one before now.
Saturday, running in the torrential downpour for the bus home, T and screeched to a halt outside a flash sale pop up shop of my favourite store for business clothes. What an amazing place - safe to say when we (both!) emerged with bags, the shower had long since passed.!

Summer returned on Tuesday with a balmy 27 degrees. It was short lived - just the one day - but one day was better than none! Typically, it hasn't rained at all this week - our visitors had most of the wet it seems. Darkness is coming earlier each night, bringing with it some stunning sunsets.
The evenings are much cooler - even on that one summer day - but it seems I don't need a blanket to cover my legs and keep me warm:
I went on a course on Wednesday afternoon in the city. Catching the ferry and then walking to a modern skyscraper in my work clothes was such a buzz - I never thought I would be able to do such a thing, both health wise and in such a major city like Sydney. A 'pinch myself' moment if ever there was one!
Whilst I was being taught about a web=based system...Ralph was being taught the finer points of washing...
