We have had a run of wet Sunday mornings the past few months - meaning I have left T to his early morning surf - but the evenings have been lovely, and this past Sunday was no exception:
We gave our legs a rest this week and there were no mammoth walks. However we did enjoy a late afternoon stroll along the waters edge at Balmoral, looking at the bathers and thinking they were brave - it's not that warm anymore!
A little back from the water, this friendly Kookaburra stayed and peered at us as we stared back:
Although fresher, the mornings are still bathed in sunlight, so we made the most of it and walked to Cremorne Point, a route which we always think is short, and are alway surprised when we get home and our legs are tired - it is actually around 10km (6miles),
Of course, there were those amongst us who had a jam-packed week of... well, sleeping...
